Privacy policy
Updated 9 October 2026
This policy covers Holler’s website, the feedback pages and Feedback button reviewers use, and the inbox builders use. How we handle data summarises it.
What we collect
From builders
- Account details from Google or your email sign-in: name, email address and profile picture.
- Session details for security: when you signed in, IP address and browser.
- What you create: projects, the links and questions you share, your round brief, decisions, connections (GitHub repository, webhook address) and agent keys (stored as one-way hashes).
From reviewers
- The words of your feedback. Voice is transcribed and the audio is discarded.
- An optional name, screenshots you add, and device type, operating system, browser and screen size.
- With the Feedback button: page address, element labels you point at or tap, recent page changes and clicks, and page errors. Never what you type into the site’s fields.
- A random reviewer ID stored in your browser.
Why we use it
- To deliver feedback to the builder who asked for it, and organise it into issues with suggested next steps.
- To let reviewers know when something they raised is fixed.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
The legal bases are performing the service you asked for, and our legitimate interest in security and improving the product. We don’t sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
Feedback is shared with the builder who owns the project, and with any coding agent, tracker or webhook they connect. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), OpenAI and Anthropic through the Vercel AI Gateway (transcription and sorting), Google (sign-in) and Resend (sign-in email). We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
Retention
Projects are kept until their owner deletes them. Projects never saved to an account are deleted after 30 days, and sample projects after 7 days. Deleting an account deletes its projects.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Builders can delete projects and their account in the app. Reviewers can ask the builder, or us, to remove their feedback. To make a request, use the contact address that will be listed here before sign-in opens to everyone (for your data).
Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary, such as keeping you signed in. See the cookie policy.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell signed-in builders.
