Updated 9 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Holler to collect or give feedback. By using it you agree to them.
Using Holler
- Holler is free to use while in early access. Features may change as we learn what works.
- Only share links you have the right to share, and only ask for feedback from people who agree to give it.
- Don’t use Holler to collect sensitive personal data (such as health or payment details), to spam, or to break the law.
- Keep private inbox links and agent keys secret. You’re responsible for activity that uses them.
Your content
Builders own their projects and the feedback they collect. Reviewers grant the builder permission to use their feedback to improve what they’re building. We only use content to run Holler for you, as described in our privacy policy.
AI suggestions
Holler uses AI to transcribe notes, group them and suggest next steps. Suggestions can be wrong. You decide what to act on.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Holler reliable and secure, but it’s provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or lost data. Export anything you need to keep.
Ending use
You can stop using Holler and delete your projects and account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
